Choice Energy, Australia’s fastest growing energy company, has today been recognised as an ABA100 Winner in The Australian Business Awards 2018 for Service Excellence.
The award for Service Excellence, recognises Choice Energy’s achievement of outstanding results for its customers through its holistic delivery of innovative energy management solutions, including energy procurement, SHIELD monitoring, metering and bill validation, and energy efficient systems such as Power Factor Correction and Solar.
This award recognises their success in helping some of the country’s most recognisable businesses including Mitre 10, Red Rooster, Clark Rubber, Bostik, and Anytime Fitness save on power costs and have more positive environmental outcomes.
Alan Gill, Chief Operating Officer at Choice Energy said the award affirms their commitment to continuous improvement and innovative business processes.
"We are delighted to be winners of the 2018 ABA100 Award for Service Excellence. To be nationally recognised for our Say-Do methodology in truly servicing our customers and delivering on our commitments is just awesome,” he said.
For the last five years, Choice Energy, an end-to-end energy management consultancy, has been successfully educating Australian businesses and households about their energy use, providing solutions that utilise less grid power and empowering their customers to pay less for what they do use - gaining control of Australia’s most uncontrollable operating expense.
Upon accepting the award, Gill also took opportunity to commend his team and their efforts.
“Our culture of transparency and accountability started by investing in our team. Whilst we will continue to ensure all Australian businesses use less and pay less for power, this award is dedicated to our passionate staff,” he said.
