^{1. How the program works}

<sup>A qualified referral occurs when:
- The Referrer or Referred completes the form on the Refer URL
- The Referred purchases solar for their business or home
- Once installation is complete for the Referred, Choice Energy will contact the Referrer to arrange the reward</sup>

_{2. Referral Reward}

^{Refer a business - 3kW residential solar system | For the Referrer to qualify for the 3kW residential solar system, the Referred business must purchase a 15kW solar system at minimum.}

^{Refer a home - $250 visa gift card | For the Referrer to qualify for the $250 visa gift card, the Referred resident must purchase a 3kW solar system at minimum. At the Referrer's request, Choice Energy is able to make a $250 donation to the Referrer's nominated charity instead of receiving the $250 visa gift card. Should the Referrer nominate a charity, the charity must be Australian or New Zealand based and the donation will be $250 Australian Dollars or $250 New Zealand Dollars.}

^{Competition valid within Australia and New Zealand for Australian and New Zealand businesses and Australian residents. There is no limit to the number of businesses' or individuals that can be referred by one client - or the number of rewards a Referrer can receive. Choice Energy reserves the right to find ineligible any Participant in the Program at its sole discretion.}
